The chief of staff
you couldn’t afford.
Until now.

Atlas knows your habits, your recovery, your tasks, your goals — and tells you the one thing that matters right now. Then it helps you do it.

Six apps can’t talk to each other.
One brain can.

A habit tracker doesn’t know you slept badly. A to-do list doesn’t know it’s your mom’s birthday. Atlas reads it all together — and compounds: every day you use it, it knows you better and the advice gets sharper. Tap any one to see it.

Habits that build identity

Streaks, reminders, and an honest read on what’s actually sticking — all feeding your Atlas Score.

Compounds: a 3-day streak becomes a 40-day one — and Atlas starts treating it as who you are, not a task.

Tasks that know your day

Atlas picks the three that matter, plans around your calendar, and clears the noise so you act instead of triage.

Compounds: it learns when you actually get things done — and starts scheduling the hard work for when you’re sharp.

A gym log that reads your recovery

Every set remembered, every PR caught. Whoop recovery becomes a plain directive: push, maintain, or back off.

Compounds: months of sets become trend lines — Atlas sees the plateau before you feel it.

Learn — the flashcard that thinks

One sharp idea a day, written for your goals. Study any topic on demand, paste an article to learn it, or tap Surprise me for a fascinating true fact.

Compounds hardest here: spaced recall resurfaces what matters so it actually sticks — and everything you keep becomes a Second Brain you can ask.

A journal that reasons back

Think a decision through with Atlas, or just reflect — it remembers what you wrote and brings it back exactly when it’s relevant.

Compounds: every entry deepens the context — the advice stops being generic and starts being about you.

The people who matter, tracked

Atlas notices who’s drifting, never lets you miss a birthday, and drafts the message so reaching out takes one tap.

Compounds: the longer you log, the better it knows your circle — and the cadence each person deserves.

A day with Atlas

Not another dashboard to check — a chief of staff that comes to you.

06:30

Your briefing is waiting

Atlas read your calendar, your sleep, and your open tasks before you woke up.

Good morning. Recovery’s at 82% — good day to push. Your 2pm with Sara is the one that matters; I drafted talking points. Protect the morning for the proposal.
08:15

You hand it a goal — it builds the whole system

Tell Atlas what you’re after. It designs the habits, the tasks, and the skill to master — then drops them straight into your week. You don’t plan it; you just start.

“Run a half marathon in 12 weeks.” Done — I set 3 running habits, a strength block, and a 6-step training plan. Your first run’s on today’s list.
12:40

At the gym, it knows your numbers

A real log — last session’s weights pre-filled, rest timer running, PRs tracked. And because Atlas measures your recovery, it knows when to push and when to back off.

Green light — you’re well recovered. Bench: beat last week’s 80kg × 8.
15:00

A nudge, only when it matters

Atlas watches your commitments, your people, your streaks — and speaks up before things slip, ending every nudge with something you can act on.

It’s Omar’s birthday tomorrow and you haven’t talked in 3 weeks. Want me to draft something?
17:30

Rehearse the conversation that matters

Before a hard talk, practice it. Atlas plays the other side — pushes back, stays in character — then debriefs you on what landed and hands you a stronger opening line.

Strong case — but you buried the ask. Open with this: “I’ve owned three launches this year. I’d like to talk about scope and title.”
21:30

One idea before bed

A daily lesson written for your goals — or ask Atlas to teach you anything, or pull a surprising fact. Tap Elaborate to go deep, save the keepers to your Second Brain.

Today’s lesson: the regret-minimization frame — and how it applies to the decision you’ve been circling all week.

Everything it runs

Questions, answered

Is my data private?
Yes — your data is yours. It’s encrypted in transit, never sold, and you can permanently delete your account and everything in it anytime from Settings. Read the full policy.
What happens after the 45 days?
Nothing automatic. There’s no credit card to start, so you’re never charged by surprise — when the trial ends you can stay on a free tier or upgrade to Chief Pro. You’ll see the exact price in the app before you ever pay, and you can cancel anytime.
Do I need a Whoop or any integrations?
No — everything works on its own. If you do connect Whoop, Atlas turns your recovery into a daily push-or-back-off call; connect Google Calendar and it plans around your day. Both are optional.
Which devices does it run on?
iPhone, on iOS 16 and later. It’s built natively for iOS, so briefings, reminders, and talking to Atlas by voice all feel first-class.
How is this different from a habit tracker?
A habit tracker only knows your habits. Atlas reads your habits, health, tasks, goals, and people together — so it can surface the one thing that matters right now, then do it with you. Six apps can’t talk to each other; one brain can.
Does it just give advice, or actually do things?
It acts. Ask it to add a task, log a person, draft a message, or build a whole plan from a goal — it does the thing and shows you what it did. (It’s general guidance, not medical, financial, or legal advice.)
Can I cancel anytime?
Anytime, in two taps — through your App Store subscription settings or from inside the app. No emails, no hoops.

Every feature free for 45 days — no credit card. Set up takes two minutes, and Atlas starts learning immediately.
